Welcome to Beautifully You Hudson Valley Photo Booth! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including bookings, website interactions, and event services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Definitions
- “Company” refers to Beautifully You Hudson Valley Photo Booth.
- “Client” refers to the person or entity booking our services.
- “Services” refer to the photo booth rental, including setup, customization, and event features.
- “Event” refers to the scheduled occasion for which services are booked.
Booking and Payments
- Booking Process
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be finalized no later than 14 days before the event.
- Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of [AMOUNT HERE] is required to secure your date.
- Full payment is due [DUE DATE HERE] days before the event.
- Payments can be made via [CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, ETC.]
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company cancels the booking.

Event Requirements
- Client Responsibilities

- Event Conduct
- The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment during the event.
- Guests engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior may result in service suspension without a refund.
Use of Equipment
- The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of all equipment provided during the event.
- Damages caused by negligence or misconduct will result in repair or replacement charges.
While we take every measure to ensure functionality, the Company is not liable for equipment malfunctions caused by unforeseen technical issues or environmental factors.
Photo Booth Features
- Customization
The Client may request personalized overlays, backdrops, and print designs no later than [INSERT NUMBER OF DAYS] days before the event. Additional charges may apply for customizations.
- Guests receive photos instantly via prints or digital sharing options.
- A complete gallery of event photos will be delivered within [INSERT TIME FRAME, E.G., 7 DAYS].
Intellectual Property
- The Company retains ownership of all photos and videos captured during the event.
- The Client grants permission for the Company to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients and guests may use photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Liability
- Service Limitations
The Company is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, power outages, or venue restrictions.
- Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from guest behavior, venue conditions, or third-party interactions.
Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services during the event if:
The safety of equipment or staff is at risk.
Terms of this agreement are violated.
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to Client or guest misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hudson Valley, New York.
